Shipping is via either Sendle Courier, Australia Post or NZ Post.

Shipping options of Express Post, Standard Post & In Store Pickup are available.

Should your order not meet standard package requirements, you will be contacted and advised about any additional delivery charges regardless of spend.

Curly Sues will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged AFTER delivery has taken place. All orders will have a tracking number registered with our delivery service providers. The tracking number will also be forwarded to you.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address when ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods arising from a late delivery.

Orders can take up to fourteen (14) workdays for delivery, although we endeavour to get it to you as quick as possible. Dependant on stock availability, orders placed before 1:00 PM (WST) on standard business days will be dispatched that day. Any orders after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
