Delivery

Online order deliveries will be carried out by Courier, Australia or NZ Post. Options of Express Post, Free Postage & In Store Pickup are also available.

* Free postage on eligible orders with a total spend of $250 or more and where shipping costs are less than $20. Should your order not meet Australia or NZ Post requirements you will be contacted to discuss your shipping options.

* Should your order not meet standard package requirements, you will be contacted and advised about any additional delivery charges regardless of spend.

Curly Sues will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged AFTER delivery has taken place. All orders will have a special tracking number, or registered with our delivery service providers.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods arising from a late delivery.

Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 work days for delivery, although we endeavor to get it to you as quick as possible. All orders placed before 1 PM on standard business days (WST) will be dispatched that day. Any orders after this time will be dispatched the following business day.  

When ordering with us, we will add you to our mailing list for exclusive sales and deals. Should you not want these emails please contact us and we will immediately take you off the list.
